Santiago y Los Gatos

Jeff Santiago is a seasoned musician and songwriter committed to his craft, continuously looking to connect with his audience on a deeper level. His story is one of resilience and authenticity. Santiago moved to Asheville nearly 17 years ago, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his time in the LA music scene, where he played with his band Rozinante. He quickly immersed himself in the local Asheville music community, performing solo locally and regionally. Santiago joined several bands in the area but ultimately decided to form his own group. Santiago now leads the band Santiago y Los Gatos, which features an impressive lineup of talented musicians. The lineup includes Josh Chassner on lead guitar, Stephanie Barcelona on vocals, Tyler Menon on drums and Jayson Tomlin on bass guitar. Together they have enjoyed regional success and have opened for renowned acts like The Wallflowers, Franz Ferdinand, Heartless Bastards, Cowboy Mouth and Ozomatli.
