PRINTMAKING
Here you will carve a design into the linoleum block, ink the parts that weren’t cut out, and print your block with a mini printing press. We will have a mini print exchange at the end of your workshop. You will walk away with your print and the prints of others in your workshop. The Arts Center will also collect a print for our Mini Print Collection. Your print will not disappoint!

AIR DRY CLAY WHEEL
Experience the potter’s wheel with alternative materials! Emily will assist each student while they create a unique pot on the wheel with air dry clay. After throwing, students will use heat guns to dry their pieces enough to bring home to paint at a later date! Tips for painting and
varnishing will be offered. No experience necessary.

PAPER EARRINGS
Create your own vibrant and lightweight earrings out of paper and chipboard! Emily will have prepared templates to choose from, or you can create your own! Students will combine textured and colored scrapbook papers and collage them onto chipboard.
